Delivery Policy
After ordering a copy of Residentia Group online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have correctly provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within 1 working day. We will then contact you to arrange delivery and goods are typically delivered within 3 business days (subject to your availability).

Clearance Event Delivery Rates
All orders can be collected from our Dandenong South warehouse for free. Collection can be made Mon-Fri between 9am and 4pm.

We offer a home delivery service with a flat rate regardless of quantity as follows:

• 0-50km radius of our warehouse: $50.00 inc GST

• 50-75km radius of our warehouse: $100.00 inc GST

• 75-100km radius of our warehouse: $150.00 inc GST

At checkout, the appropriate delivery fee will be calculated based on your address.
